Whoever handles incoming mail at this post office and returns multiple Christmas presents and legal documents to the senders without even contacting the recipient, even though you have their phone number, because you don't think the recipient lives there, EVEN THOUGH SHE COMPLETED A CHANGE OF ADDRESS FORM WITH THE START DATE, you are either extremely lazy and you don't care about the people in the community your post office serves, OR you are a complete dolt. Either way, you will never know the level of complication you have caused.
